Drop-Through Rotary Airlock Valves Key Specifications

Ni-hard flame-hardened housings, 6-blade heavy-duty rotors, and 250mm to 600mm inlets. Rated for temperatures up to 350°C and pressures up to 2.0 bar for the most abrasive metallurgical materials.

Meters iron ore fines, coke breeze, and limestone flux from weigh hoppers into pneumatic conveying lines feeding the blast furnace charging system.
Application 3

Sinter Plant De-dusting Discharge

Evacuates collected sinter dust from ESP and bag filter hoppers in the sinter strand off-gas cleaning system, sealing high-volume dust collection circuits.
