Gate Types

5 types: Knife Gate (sharp-edge shutoff for fine powders), Guillotine Gate (heavy-duty vertical slide for bulk solids), Slide Plate Gate (horizontal sliding for simple shutoff), Butterfly Gate (rotary disc, quick actuation), Swing Gate (hinged plate, gravity-assisted).

Actuation Methods

Manual (handwheel or lever for set-and-forget), Pneumatic (air cylinder for fast automated operation), Hydraulic (for high-force heavy-duty applications), Electric/Motorized (for precise PLC-controlled positioning).

Sealing Performance

Standard sealing for general bulk material isolation. Low Leakage with enhanced rubber/polymer seats for fine powders. Zero Leakage with inflatable seals for complete isolation in pneumatic conveying and hazardous material applications.

Seating Options

Soft Seated: rubber or polymer seats for dust-tight seal on fine materials. Hard Seated: metal-to-metal contact for high-temperature and abrasive material applications. Both options available in all gate types.

Size Range

150mm to 2000mm port size in square, rectangular or circular configurations. Custom fabricated from mild steel, stainless steel or Hardox plates to match existing plant infrastructure and material requirements.

Construction

Fabricated steel construction allows custom sizes beyond casting limitations. Welded and machined frames with flanged or welded connections. Optional Hardox slide plates for extreme abrasion resistance in cement and mining applications.
